Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the RAJIT BOT website and bot (the "Service") operated by RAJIT BOT ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RAJIT BOT provides a Telegram bot designed for community management, offering features such as automated moderation, real-time token information, and an AI-powered knowledge base. The Service is accessible through the Telegram platform and our website.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your credentials.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not, and must not attempt to, do the following things:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities.
  • Post any content on the Service in violation of any applicable law, including intellectual property laws and right of privacy or publicity laws, or any contractual obligation.
  • Impersonate others through the Service or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.

4. Paid Services

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
